MEES: If an EPC falls below an E-rating the building cannot be let, we can advise the client on how to improve the building to achieve a better rating.
SBEM: These calculations are required on any new building project and we provide the client with advice on how to achieve L2A building regulation approval and creating the BRUKL certificate on completion.
As Built EPC’s: We can produce an as built EPC for building control approval when a building has already gone through the build stage.
Extensions or conversions of an existing building: A new EPC can be produced if the existing floor area of the building has been increased and a change to the HVAC details have been made.
